Turn Power Off (main power switch to the right hand of the top paper draw) Press and Hold Yellow Reset Button (located under the control panel – download video below for location)  & Keep Held Down while turning power back on until a black dot appears in the top right of the control panel display then release.

> When booted to Trouble Reset Screen press Trouble Reset An Arrow and OK should appear

> Switch off and on again and error should clear.
